Crystal Reports is a widely used printing application. In order to setup rules, please try out the regular way: New rule/section.

However in most cases, the type of document can be detected by the form name. Older versions of Crystal Reports do anyways always name the printed document according the form name. Newer versions do either take an own name or with a special setting use the old method.
