Windows ELP allows to run the convert.exe process in a specified context. These option can be set in the ELP Control Center´s Admin tab.

These options are available:

- SYSTEM user account (default)

- CURRENT USER: in the user context of the print job owner

- A dedicated PROCESS USER: you can introduce a service user account which will be able to process all the convert.exe related processes.

Furthermore the print job archiving and job forwarding features of W-ELP (with In/OutArchiveDir and In/OutPort commands) can be used with a specific user which is defined in the keys USER, DOMAIN and PASSWORD. Please be aware that these keys need to be added to the archiving / forwarding section manually through the ELP Control Center with "Add key to rule" as the password will be stored encrypted in the configuration file. User information which was added by these keys will override the user information which was set in the Admin tab.

An overview of the possibilities to use convert.exe and/or the archiving/job forwarding features in a specific user context is available here [PDF]
