IBS Control Center generates log files starting from this folder: C:\ProgramData\IBS_CC\temp
A new sub folder with a date-time-stamp is generated after every start of IBS Control Center. From there a subfolder based on the IP Address of the device will contain the logs.
The retention time for the log files (before they are deleted) can be set in the IBS Control Center Settings.
Note: IBS Control Center will not delete the log files actively but it will test on start-up tine if there are old log files and will delete them.
In the file menu you have the option to browse the log folder by clicking on the View menu item or send them out by e-mail. If a problem appeared during the single click installation, please also attach the last autoinstlog....txt file.
