IM C300 and IM C400 are targeted for the next IBS version 3.4 which should be released end of November 2021.

IM C6500 and IM C8000 are targeted for IBS version 3.5 which might be released in January 2022.

All devices supported by IBS v2.x need to have an additional Java file installed - so having Java VM up and running in the device is a prerequisite to install and run IBS v2. For more information see also BOCR Service Manual or IBS Control Center.

IBS License Agreement (EULA)

There a lot of functions which are all not officially supported by Ricoh Europe but are build into the product. IBS is a complete rule based printing system, available in the Ricoh printers, as well as on nearly all operation systems. stethos offers also an IBS networked print appliance with LAN-to-LAN or LAN-to-USB (optional parallel port) supporting one print queue per print appliance.
