IBS Control Center: Extras choose country menu (optional)

This window is automatically displayed at the first startup of IBS CC. Later access it through the Country option from the Settings menu.

This screen defines 2 optional e-mail addresses, where all license files are additionally send.

• Country option
• e-mail to your optional internal database

In some countries the Ricoh organization maintain an IBS license database. After having selected your country, a copy of any issued license file will be automatically sent by e-mail to that database.

Please use the deselect button, if you did by accident select a country, and you just noticed that your country is not listed.

IBS CC also offers to create an own company internal database. Please fill out the separate e-mail field for any default internal address, which shall always receive a copy of all licenses. Several addresses are semicolon separated.

Notes:

• The second e-mail address in the License Tab is still available and can in addition be used.
• As displayed in the right hand screen shot, you may even use several addresses, separated by semicolon.

If the encrypted file mail.ini file is missing, this IBS CC option can't be accessed.
