PCL3GUI HP Business Inkjet support

The ELP Server partly supports the HP Business Inkjet Printers. Those ELP_commands can be used:

EE#; EB#; C#[,#]H#; D#; pjl_init.mac

Note: ELP Control Center is not able to generate PCL3GUI macros, but on request contact stethos for help.

Warning: The ELP server does not verify any inserted data stream (macros) or unsupported commands within a PCL3GUI data stream.
